Quava Multi

Quava Multi is a multi-frequency ultrasonic cleaner from Kaijo that consists of a generator and transducer and is designed to provide optimum flexibility and control for various requirements. Users can change between the frequencies either on-the-fly from the front panel or by remote control. Efficiency is not affected even though the same transducer array is operated at three different frequencies. Thanks to advanced system technology with four selectable oscillation modes, thorough cleaning is possible according to the requirements of the respective application.

Quava Multi is available in two versions to match the frequency range as closely as possible to the type of contamination, allowing effective cleaning of a wide range of parts. Each version can generate three different frequencies, with the lower-range model generating ultrasonic sound waves at 26 kHz, 78 kHz or 130 kHz and the higher range model producing 38 kHz, 100 kHz or 160 kHz. Both models have an eight-step power output control with a maximum of 600 watts and work with Kaijo transducers that can handle all three frequencies. The result is a cleaning system that can change frequencies and adjust power as needed without changing the transducers or the setup of the ultrasonic generator. This allows different types of parts with different cleaning requirements and intensities to be cleaned effectively with one and the same system.
